Principal's Message
Hey Falcons!
At Grantsville Junior High, we want school to be a place where kids feel good about showing up every day. We care about the whole student, not just grades, but who they are as people. We’re working to build strong skills while also helping students learn kindness, resilience, and how to handle real-life stuff (because that matters just as much).
In our classrooms, it’s not about memorizing and forgetting—it’s about learning things that actually stick. Students work together, teachers stay aligned, and the focus is on skills they can use anywhere. We also believe the best learning happens through experiences, conversations, and connections—not just staring at a screen.
And honestly, none of it works without great people, and we have some of the best! Our staff is committed, collaborative, and always trying to get better for kids. We keep things positive, communicate clearly, and focus on strong relationships. Our focus this year is working toward being accountable, service-minded, creative, engaged, noble, and dynamic.
When we work together, we ascend to new heights and soar with the Falcons.
